Plenty of seating and affordable prices make Pizza Queen a great choice for a casual meal. The pizza was a bit greasy, but it hit the spot for a late-night bite with friends. The generous portions and quick delivery service add to the overall experience, making it a solid option for satisfying your pizza cravings.

I've been ordering from Pizza Queen for Over 10 years and have yet to have a negative experience w/ food or staff. Rock on!

03/10/2008 - Cockroaches, Rude Service, Horrible Pizza, Beware!
Their pizza tastes good if you like cockroaches. Customer service wise, it's pathetic. When I used to order I would get delivery. One day, stupid me pre-paid ten dollars on the credit card because I was "in a good mood". The driver called me on my cell and told me to come to the street to get it from his car. OK, I live in a high rise downtown. If I wanted to get dressed I would have walked down the street to pick it up. Defeats the purpose, eh? I'm like are you crazy, I just pre-tipped you and you can't go up the elevator and deliver the food like you're supposed to? I hung up. Little do you know, he showed up at my door apologizing.

The other encounter I had was the driver who had no change... So being as nice as I am, I couldn't not give him a tip and he ended up with triple what he should have got because "he didn't have any change". I wonder if this little tactic works on all his customers.

I believe they are also overpriced for their food for what it's worth AND they charge a delivery fee and they can't even DELIVER your order the right way.

I woke up late and was extremely hungry. So I opted to walk over and get a few slices of pizza. I was the only one in there. I ordered my pizza and got a bottle of water and paid for everything. i went to go sit down with my food and eat it and all of the sudden the lady, who I believe is the owner, starts screaming at me across the restaurant. She's yelling because she only charged me for two pieces and I had ordered three. She's screaming saying that I better get back up there and pay for the third piece. Seriously, come on. I couldn't believe it, the owner was screaming at me because she made a mistake. I was so embarrassed. The fact is that I wasn't paying attention to whether or not I was charged for two or three. You don't scream at a customer because you made a mistake. She should have let it slide. All in all, I told her off and actually gave her my pizza back and walked out. I didn't even take a bite, that's how fast everything happened. This comes to show how incredibly cheap they are and that they have no respect for their customers.
