NEW OWNERSHIP has done wonders with this place. The food is delicious. They have the best steak and cheese around. The employees are very friendly and the food portions were great.

New ownership is amazing and very accommodating. Since they have taken over the care put into the food prep is exquisite and everything comes out perfect. Clean kitchen, delicious food and super friendly staff. Can't say enough good things about this place.

First off this used to be my favorite food place years ago now it is a joke all the items are overpriced and very little in portion (fries in particular). They never never have golden heat until recently and the service sucks balls! Lastly they never get the order right I mean never!

Worst service ever. I ordered one of their special combos which came with a steak sandwich and they failed to give me the sandwich. When I called to tell them, they told me they didn't have steak...PARKSIDE STEAK AND WINGS???? and that they must have forgotten to tell me. The wait for pickup was an hour long and not only did we not receive the sandwich, the rest of the food was cold and not very good. Definitely will not go back and would advise you don't go either!

I was at Parkside on a very busy Friday night placed a rather large order as I had a groupon. The employes although there was only two and one was on a delivery got my food to be in a resonable amout of time. The burgers are to die for and the wings amazing.

Food was ok, but service was horrible. Unfriendly staff, you kinda get the feeling of "Here's your food, Now gimme your money and GO!"

Bought a groupon. They charged items individually to jack up price instead of honoring the coupon. Service was horrible. Aa was the food.

Been a Customer for over a year. The value of a Parkside meal during the last few months has become an insulting joke. There meals are now over priced, do not include a drink, and are smaller in size. Delivery Surcharges are rediculous when the price of gas has come down.

Our store used to order weekly, but will not anymore. A steak a cheese that is more bread then steak is a joke.

You have lost a big customer.

Thanks for nothing.

Hot Wings are the BEST!! i mean i didnt even like wings this much untill i tried it here... its amazing! i want some right now. and fries are awesome! and also the BBQ chicken!
