There were 17 adults and 2children for dinner we did call ahead to assure seating together when we arrived everything was ready and we were greeted with a smile. Food order was large and took a bit of time to arrive at our table (but not long enough to be a problem even with young kids) the warm bread sticks that were served as we waited were delicious.overall I think everyone was happy with there meals and and the bill was very reasonable. At one point owner came over to say hello and gave us a history on place over dessert I thought that was nice also.would recommend!

When our party arrived we were greeted and promptly seated. The atmosphere was wonderful! The first thing that happened was that my husband was served a warm beer. But the waiter was apologetic so we overlooked this minor problem. We noticed the prices were kind of high so we were expecting something special and worthy of the cost. We had no problems with the salad bar. One of our party ordered the lobster pot pie with steak and mixed vegetables. Another ordered the same except with prime rib. The two others ordered steak and baked stuffed shrimp. Anyway, the lobster pot pies were way overdone and dry. We called the waiter over and told him. He apologized and offered to replace it with something.
As our meals were two of the most expensive items on the menu, we couldn't think of anything. The waiter suggested the shrimp so we said ok.
Well, when it came the stuffing was raw!!! we didn't tell him, we just took it home. When the bill came there wasn't even an adjustment on it as we assumed there would be. So one of us talked to the waiter and he went to talk to someoneabout a reduction on our bill. He came back with our check with about $15 off. We will NEVER go there again. All four of us thought the food was mediocre and way overpriced.

This is one of those perfect restaurants. The service is impecable from start to finish. The steaks are excellent, plus crab cakes and garlic Smashed potatoes…so good.
