I discovered an exceptional spot in Utah County for a steaming bowl of pho. The broth at this place is unmatched, with a depth of flavor that sets it apart from any other pho I've tried. The balance of herbs and spices in their pho is perfect, making it a favorite dining spot for me in the area.
