We had these incredible food trucks at our wedding, and everyone went wild over Good Grindz's island flavors-especially the kalua pork and mac salad, which might just be the best in Utah! Ryan and Nancey bring that Hawaiian magic with juicy grilled pineapple, homemade katsu sauce that's the perfect sweet-savory combo, and speedy, friendly service that leaves you stuffed and smiling every time.

We had food trucks at our wedding, and our guests couldn't stop talking about the delicious flavors from Good Grindz! The Kalua pork and mac salad were absolute standouts, truly a taste of the islands transported to Utah by Ryan and Nancey. The katsu, especially when paired with their unique sauce, is simply irresistible.
