Last week I visited this food truck during Petersen Family Farms Food Truck Friday and was absolutely blown away. The taco plate I had included a chicken taco, pulled pork taco, and a delicious corn cocktail. The chicken in the taco was incredibly tender, the pulled pork was tasty, but it was the chicken taco that really stole the show for me. And the corn cocktail was simply amazing, adding the perfect touch to the meal.
