The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by unique sauces that weren't overly sweet. While the sides were a bit disappointing-the mac and cheese needed more moisture and the slaw lacked balance-the overall experience was elevated by the friendly staff and the lively, authentic BBQ atmosphere. I keep coming back for the mouthwatering meat and creative dishes, always eager to share this remarkable Southern-style barbecue with friends.
