The other reviews are right on! The food is fantastic,the employees are friendly and helpful,etc, etc. However,Outback does NOT take reservations!!! We arrived 10 minutes prior to our "reservation" time and still waited 40 minutes. It would have been longer, but I complained!! "Reservations" is a "call-in reservation" meaning you can shorten the waiting time by calling while you are driving to Outback putting you into the existing queue. With two days lead time,we obviously weren't on our way, but were told we had "reservations". I question the ethics of Outback when a full explanation of "reservation" is not given when the reservation is made. The current policy of not informing the customer is a blatant lie.
