I've been a regular at La Dolce Vita since the early 2000s, and it used to be a favorite spot of mine in Provo. However, during my recent visit, the service fell short as we were left with empty drinks and skimpy bread portions. The shrimp linguine lacked flavor and the gnocchi remains the standout dish on the menu. Despite the recent disappointment, I still hold hope for the restaurant's future and look forward to better experiences ahead.
