While visiting the Quebec City area, I decided to grab an early breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The service was prompt, and the breakfast options were satisfying, with the place opening early during the week. Later in the evening, I ordered a pizza that turned out to be a delightful surprise - a unique combination of smoked meat and pickles that was surprisingly delicious. The dough was light and fluffy, and the toppings came together perfectly, making it one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Great job, Normandin - keep up the excellent work!
