The food here is beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor, especially the foie gras and red deer carpaccio, which were standout dishes during my meal. While the service was attentive and the atmosphere comfortable and elegant, the pacing of the seven-course tasting menu felt quite slow, stretching the experience to nearly three hours with long waits between courses. Despite the high price and smaller portions compared to other restaurants, the overall quality and creativity of the dishes made for an unforgettable dining experience.

The food at the restaurant was delicious and expertly prepared, while the staff were welcoming and professional. However, finding parking near the residential area where the restaurant is located was challenging. Despite the smaller portion sizes compared to other similar restaurants in Quebec, the overall experience was wonderful and the meal was expensive.
