I had the most amazing cheese omelette with salsa and guacamole for breakfast at a small hotel above the restaurant. It was a great way to kick off my day. The hotel was perfectly located, offering a view of the chateau out the window, and was one of the most affordable options in the area. The only downsides were the steep stairs to the rooms, limited curb space for luggage drop-off during busy times, and off-site parking. However, being right next to the tourism office made it incredibly convenient to sign up for various tours and trips.
