This old-school restaurant in Sherbrooke has an awesome, busy vibe with super efficient staff, and their poutine is seriously heavenly-crispy fries, perfect gravy, and fresh cheese curds that hit all the right notes. I also tried the cheeseburger, which might just be the best takeout burger I've ever had with its simple but glorious toppings like diced cabbage and shredded carrot.
