Chez Paul serves some of the best poutine I've had in Quebec, with crispy fries, squeaky curds, and a gravy that's just right. The smoked meat poutine was a standout-hearty and flavorful, it perfectly complemented the classic ingredients. The friendly staff and cozy diner vibe make it a chill spot to grab a quick, satisfying meal.

Hands down, Chez Paul in Magog offers some of the best poutines I've had in Quebec with a generous portion of smoked meat that complements the squeaky curds, crispy fries, and delicious gravy, all served by a fast and friendly staff in a small cantine on the main street.
