The five-course meal we had was absolutely phenomenal, featuring dishes like cold lobster on dried beans, three sisters soup, and beautifully prepared bison with broccoli rabe and potato, all paired expertly with First Nation wines and accompanied by thoughtful service including palate cleansers and native breads. Sampling local flavors continued with the Wendat Table lunch of asparagus and lamb chops, plus a Hunter's Tasting Platter showcasing regional game meats and pickled vegetables, making the entire experience a true celebration of Indigenous cuisine and hospitality.
