During my visit to Quebec City, I had the pleasure of enjoying an unforgettable dining experience featuring expertly prepared dishes like beef carpaccio, braised beef cheeks, and seafood specialties, all complemented by an incredible gin selection. The cozy and inviting atmosphere, paired with attentive and friendly service from hosts Sidrik and Charles, made the evening truly special. Each course was flavorful and beautifully presented, leaving me eager to return for another exceptional meal.
