The restaurant in Granby surprised me with its delicious food and extensive wine list. The specials were enticing, but my absolute favorite was the chilled soup with leek, caviar, and salmon - a unique and flavorful combination. Despite my initial hesitation about the strip mall setting, the warm ambiance, friendly service, and outstanding dishes made for a truly enjoyable dining experience.
