When in the Springfield Gardens area, I always make a point to visit this bakery before heading back to Brooklyn. On one visit, I found myself drawn to this bakery while the neighboring Golden Crust was bustling with a long line. Despite the lack of customers when I entered, the service was efficient, though the food preparation did take some time. Although the ambiance is simple and geared towards quick service, the delicious oxtail meal, cake, and Ting soda I ordered made the wait worthwhile.
