My absolute favorite Mexican food truck in Jackson Heights offers delicious tostadas with carnitas and hearty huaraches filled with beans, avocado, cotija cheese, and crema. The cart is well-maintained, sanitary, and consistently tasty, making it worth the strategic parking efforts. The flavors of the lengua cemita and the loaded chicken torta left me impressed and eager to return for more delicious options.
