I'm all about the BBQ skewers here-tender lamb, flavorful beef, and some unique organ meats that hit the spot, all seasoned just right with cumin and chili flakes. The guys running it work super efficiently, everything's made fresh to order, and even though it's cash only and sometimes tricky to catch them at their hours, it's totally worth the wait for a late-night bite.
