After finally trying this cozy mom-and-pop joint last year, I was charmed by the owner's one-man operation and the genuinely delicious oyster onigiri made from authentic Hiroshima oysters. Despite the slow service and occasional owner mood swings, the fresh flavors, warm stories, and quirky ambiance keep me coming back for more Japanese treats and that unforgettable honey lemon drink.
