I live in Long Island and recently went to a party where I had the best Mac and cheese and yams ever from Urban Deli. The food was so good that I asked where it was from and now I can't wait to visit the deli myself. The family-owned Urban Gourmet is also a favorite spot of mine, with delicious breakfast and lunch options and a welcoming atmosphere every time I go. The chipotle grilled chicken in a wrap from Urban Gourmet is always a tasty choice, and the friendly staff make the experience even better.
