After hearing so much about Caravan chicken, I finally tried their 1/4 chicken combo with pork fried rice and salad on a chilly day, and everything was delicious with perfect seasoning. The ribs really stood out for me-they were tender, flavorful, and fell right off the bone, especially when paired with that incredible spicy green sauce. Portions were generous, allowing for leftovers, and the sweet plantains were a great side; just a heads-up if you're not a fan of big onion pieces in your fried rice, you might want to ask for it without onions.

My friend kept raving about Caravan chicken, so I finally tried it out. I went for the 1/4 chicken combo with pork fried rice and salad on a cold day, while my boyfriend opted for the 1/2 chicken and ribs combo with the same sides. Portions were generous, and we even had leftovers for the next day's lunch! The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned, especially the ribs which stole the show for me. The green sauce they provide on the side was a game-changer!
