It's been ages since I ordered takeout from a Chinese restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Singapore rice noodles and juicy pork dumplings at Carnival Palace. The new owner has kept the food quality high, and I'm curious to see if their moo shu pork features authentic flaky crepes instead of the usual tortillas.
