I don't get why some people complain. I've been ordering from here for years and it's been smooth sailing, except for a little mix-up with my order once. The food is tasty and the staff is friendly and quick on the phone. They know their standard Chinese food stuff but also throw in some unique treats. Try the apple sticks and pork buns - they're awesome. Homemade iced tea is a hit with me. Overall, no issues - the food is decent and always hits the spot.
