The cow foot soup here bursts with rich broth, fragrant spices, and an abundance of fresh vegetables, far surpassing the bland version found on 133rd Street in Manhattan. Each visit rewards me with piping hot, flavorful dishes like oxtail, jerk chicken with rice and peas, and perfectly spiced beef patties, making the journey from Manhattan more than worthwhile.

The cow foot soup at Parson in Queens is a real treat, with a flavorful broth and generous helpings of vegetables. The quality of food here is unmatched, worth the trip from Manhattan just to savor the difference. The oxtail is a must-try, and the beef patties are always freshly baked and delicious.
