As a huge fan of rainbow cookies, I must say that the rainbow-cookie-cake I've found is the best in all the boroughs, featuring a nostalgic almond flavor, delicious raspberry jam layers, and beautifully dressed ganache, while also enjoying the crispy and puffy square slices of pizza, excellent customer service, and a cozy atmosphere that makes me look forward to my next visit.
