This local Tex-Mex spot is a gem for a quick and tasty meal, especially after a workout. The black bean and cheese tortilla, chicken/beef fajita, and the black bean, chicken, and rice are my top picks here, always fresh and delicious. Portions have become smaller, but it's still a great value for a satisfying meal under $10.
