After returning from a week-long vacation in Mexico, we decided to dine at El Rinconcito for a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine. The flavors of the vegetarian burritos we ordered were reminiscent of our time in Riviera Maya, with each bite bursting with freshness. The care put into each dish was evident, leaving us yearning for more despite the distance from this hidden culinary gem.
