I discovered a wonderful Colombian bakery and restaurant near La Guardia airport that I instantly fell in love with. On a bustling day during a momo festival, I opted for delicious empanadas - one filled with carne and the other with pollo - for a steal at $4. Despite an encounter with a homeless individual who took advantage of my generosity, the warm and accommodating staff made my visit truly memorable with their tasty offerings and familiar home-cooked flavors.
