This old-school Vietnamese joint across from the library has been serving up soul-warming pho and crispy spring rolls for decades, and trust me, the flavors still hit just right. The staff might look like they've been around forever (because they have), but their quick and friendly service keeps the line moving even when it's packed on weekends. Between the generous portions of lemongrass grilled pork over rice noodles and that fragrant pork-bone broth, every visit feels like a tasty trip down memory lane that I can't wait to take again.
