I am hoping we were there on a bad night but, very disappointed for a first visit. Out of a party of 4, only one person was happy with their actual meal. I ordered only soup and salad for my dinner - first I stated at least 4 times that I did not want the bread in my French onion soup and would like my food when the other 3 get theirs. Well our 2 soups show up - clam chowder is ice cold and mine had the bread in it. When the waitress finally comes back to our table she does ask if everything is okay but proceeds to turn around and walk away. I called her back over to tell her about my soup, she grabs it and walks off. I called her back again to tell her about the other soup and she takes that one too - never apologizes nor does she even ask if we would like something else. The grilled shrimp dinner was good, the chicken dinner was dried out, the tacos were greasy. The salad was fine but I never did get any soup to complete my dinner. Our soups were removed from the bill with a notation stating "no charge" with a drawn sad face. The bartenders during our 45 min wait were great and very attentive - they are the only reason I am giving this many stars for my review.
