Very disappointed tonite, combo plate spare rib. Usually Chinese food is so tender, but these spare rib pieces, while plentiful were tough and DRY! Wasn't positive what cut of meat I was eating, doesn't taste like pork.
Disappointed.

The shrimp roll I had the other night was exceptional, not greasy at all. The shrimp and broccoli dish was also very good, with a nice balance of flavors. This Chinese takeout spot has been our favorite for over 20 years, consistently delivering delicious meals with friendly and efficient service.
