The employees make their sauce by putting their hairy arms shoulder deep in the sauce buckets rather than using wooden spoons. I've gone by several times without realizing they were closed and saw the employees smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The employees drink on the job. I've seen cockroaches, flies, and ants every time I've been there. I rarely see employees wash their hands. The female employees don't wear hair nets. I've seen them drop paddles on the ground, set them aside and then re use them without cleaning them at all. But I guess the fake customer service makes up for it
