Never order online catering from this location(Panera Bread Brier Creek, NC). I placed an order for a boxed breakfast of bagel, apple & bottle of H20 for 11 people a day ahead. I asked someone to pick it up, and when he got to the store, my orders were not ready, they started working on my order only when he arrived ,he had to wait 30 mins for this.To make the situation worse, they just gave him one brown bag with 11 bagels, NO apple & NO water and not boxed. Yes! they charged me $ 62.00+ for 11 bagels.I tried to call the store, no answer, it seems like that they don’t picked up their phone. I called their customer service & CS was trying to put the blame on this person that I asked to pick up my order for picking up the wrong order on the counter (this was what staff from the store told the CS).They made him wait for 30 mins which made him late for the gathering , they “handed” him the wrong order, he didn’t picked it up on the counter as they claimed (CCTV on the store will prove that). Very poor service & they lied! Never again! Zero star for this location!
