Shanghai in Raleigh is a fantastic choice for Asian cuisine. The food is consistently delicious, and the owner's customer service is exceptional - he went above and beyond when there was a delay in delivery. Despite some negative reviews, my personal experiences with the restaurant have been consistently positive, with accurate orders and prompt deliveries. I appreciate their flexibility in accommodating delivery requests and their commitment to safety during these challenging times.

I have more than one inexcusably bad customer service experience at this restaurant. I have tried to look past and give them another chance, but they are simply the WORST restaurant I have ever encountered,

Surly service! I went in to pick up my order and told the cashier i needed to add to my order. She said OK , then answered the phone. she put down the phone, I said i need to order. She says "ok", but as I start to speak, she picks up the phone. TEN minutes later she still has not taken our order, but has managed to take three phone orders. I asked for her name, but she refused.

The person on the other end of the telephone was very rude. Also the food wasn't hot and wasn't very tasty. I wouldn't recommend this as a good place for lunch or dinner.
