During a recent visit to a Japanese restaurant on the outskirts of Raleigh, I was impressed by the authentic ambiance and the creativity of the menu, especially the shareable appetizers like the stuffed jalapeños. The staff were attentive and accommodating, even preparing a special dish for my autistic grandson, which meant a lot to our family. The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and sitting at the sushi bar allowed me to enjoy watching the chefs craft each roll with care-definitely an experience I look forward to repeating.
