After a long day of sightseeing at Devil's Tower and Mt. Rushmore, I enjoyed a fresh, customizable Mongolian stir-fry with friendly, accommodating staff who expertly cooked my chosen ingredients on a large round grill, offering fair pricing based on the final portion size and providing leftovers in to-go boxes, all in a clean environment with great flavors and a welcoming atmosphere.
