The old-school ice cream walk-up stand on Victoria Avenue offers a wide selection of hard and soft serve ice cream, cyclones, floats, milkshakes, and smokies, with no seating available but a tradition to enjoy the best soft serve in Regina on a nice summer day amidst the vintage feel and diverse flavors.
