The pastries I tried on Sunday were a bit stale, likely made the day before. I plan to return on a Saturday for fresher options before updating my review. Despite the slight staleness, the light and airy texture was noticeable. The bread is truly exceptional, and although there's room for improvement in service, the quality of the baked goods makes it worth a visit.
