I stayed here for a weekend and loved how pet friendly it was, plus the beds were super comfy and the room had great blackout curtains that made sleeping in so easy. Byron, who served breakfast, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and Efren at the bar made the evenings really enjoyable with his friendly vibe.

During my recent stay in Reno, I found the Hilton Garden Inn to be conveniently located and easily accessible. The staff, particularly Byron who assisted with breakfast service, was friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout the hotel. Despite a minor issue with the room temperature, the maintenance technician was prompt in addressing the concern, showcasing excellent customer service. The pet-friendly amenities, including a designated area for pets and a nearby lake for leisurely walks, added to the overall positive experience. I appreciated the cozy rooms, comfortable bedding, and the attentiveness of the staff, making it a decent option for accommodations in the area.
