We decided to grab a bite at Mellow Yellow, a food truck that was parked at the Farmer's Market. I ordered the Loco Gringo, while my husband went for the Maggie Mae. The Maggie Mae stole the show with its refreshing cucumber mint chutney and spicy jalapenos. The choice of cajun corn as a side was a perfect complement to the flavorful burgers. If you're a fan of Texas flair and bold flavors, Mellow Yellow is a must-try food truck in Reno!
