The Flavors Buffet in Reno was hands down the worst Buffett we have ever been to. My brothers family went with us and all 6 of us left hungary. The fruit was awful, watermelon shouldn't have even been put out. Asked for cranberry juice and got champagne. He never came back to ask if I wanted anything else. Asked for ketchup and ended up having to go grab some off of another table. Seemed everything we tried was over cooked or under cooked. Chewy or mushy. I'm not 1 to complain but we have never been so disappointed and over heard other people complaining. We were all very disappointed.
