The orange chicken is basically fat scraps breaded and deep fried. It’s very dry and oily. Also, my fried rice had a hair in it. I asked to send back my chicken and they told me it wouldn’t be possible to send back or substitute. Overall I was very disappointed and would not recommend it.

Very disappointed. Food barely mediocre

They are still using misleading advertising to attract people to their take out business. They stopped free deliveries with orders of $30 or more over a yea ago. However they still advertise its free and now charge $5.00.
I was tol;d that they receive complaints all the time and need to change the add. How long does it take to go on line and make a change 5-10 minutes maybe. They either need to honor the free deliveries with orders of $30 or change their add.
BTW went to Jazmines on Double for take out and the food was great

Just called in an order for food. girl answering phone was SO RUDE. After adding it up she was charging me $9.50 tax on a $42.50 bill. She refused to change it to the appropriate amount. Used to go there a lot, got tired of the rudeness and occasional bad food. Thought we would try again. Wont make that mistake again.

Absolutely terrible. Quality used to be great but has greatly declined. Stuck waiting at the door for about twentyminutes when it was absolutely empty. The food was terrible, the kung pao chicken tasted like salt. The best food was the crab rangun.

I love having my delivery within 30 minutes or better, and the food kicks butt!

We used to eat there a lot. The last 3 times we picked up food to go and they had the order either wrong or they were rude. We asked for extra hot mustard and the gentleman started telling us we should not use so much hot mustard or if we ask and make sure we have all the sauces for the appetizers the lady is not nice about it at all. They will not let you substitute pork chow mein for chicken chow mein in the family style dinners. Just all around not friendly like the previous owners who were there. They are close and convenient to us but now we will be going else where.

They are friendly and make sure your table never goes without. Always plenty of water and tea and rice without asking.
The food is delightful (house special crispy walnut srimp is to die for).
The owner always takes time to chat with us and make us feel at home.
There are usually 6 to 10 in our group and everyone is always happy with no complaints.
They let us linger and talk after the meal. A real plus for our group.
