This restaurant has been a favorite of mine since high school because the food and atmosphere remain consistently wonderful. The carne asada and enchiladas are always cooked to perfection, and the refried beans are deliciously soft with just the right amount of cheese. Friendly staff, free chips and salsa, and lively mariachi music on weekends make every visit special and memorable.

I read a review in the RGJ years ago and decided to try it. This has been my go-to place when I want to take out friends or celebrate an occasion. The food is authentic, the drinks will make you purr. No chain restaurant here!
