It is a usual thing to be long in waiting. The food is praised, but that is only by the staff. The steaks are very over-priced and disappointing to eat. Their breakfasts are okay, but they need to get a better tasting gravy. I do enjoy their Pizza ... But the price? However, the chef would do better at working for Pizza Hut. I don't frequent David's Grill, but it is close to where I live. Therefore, you might see me there if I'm so inclined.

My wife and I dined at David’s Grille at Red Hawk GC.
We noted that Prime Rib was the special for the evening
and both decided to enjoy a nice cut of Prime. What a
big mistake that was. Meat was way over cooked, gray in
color and tasteless. In a word, it was inedible Add to that
the summer vegetables were also over cooked and the
baked potato looked and felt like it had been under a hot
lamp most of the day along with the wilted salad. To say
disappointed would be a understatement. Add to that,
the table service was the worst ever. I have tried to
remember when we might have had a similar bad dining
experience, but none come to mind. When we paid the
bill and complained at the hostess counter, 3 employees
could not have cared less. We try to make allowances
for this Covid plague, and we think it is important for local
business to survive the challenges presented. David’s
deserves to just dry up and go away. Hope the next food
provider lives up to expectations. We live just down the
street and will welcome the next purveyor of fine food at
that beautiful location.

Would give no stars for this experience. We are David's regular's - will never be back. Waited more than an hour for food and told there was a computer problems - cold food did not equate. Clearly had been sitting there for some time. Most unsatisfying was the bitter manager who appeared to be angry with us after we had to go out of the mayor's room twice to ask about our food. Definitely forgot about us! Discount given was tiny for cold food that our party did not eat. We understand service issues - it how you handle them that matters. Major disappointment for a very special birthday celebration.
