The food here is incredibly fresh and flavorful, with homemade sauces and generous portions that remind me of authentic Italian cooking from my childhood. The staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work, making the entire dining experience welcoming and enjoyable. Watching the chefs work efficiently in the open kitchen adds a special touch, and the views of the St. Clair River from the back windows make it even more memorable.

I've been a fan of Pompeii's for over a decade, and their food consistently impresses me with its freshness and flavor. I'm Italian American and have been to Italian restaurants from California to Boston to New York. When the top Italian restaurant in the area is considered to be Olive garden, it's no surprise that this Pompeii restaurant is up there as well. Absolute WORST Italian food I've ever had! They put CELERY in their pasta sauce! Horrendous!

Incredible variety of Authentic Italian food is here! I personally recommend the grouper, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm and Alfredo dishes are all fantastic! Pizza is wonderful and cheesy delicious crust! This restaurant goes out of it's way to stay fresh and non-commercialized!
