The chowder at Blue Mermaid is a must-try, standing out as a highlight during my visits; it's fresh and light, unlike the overly thick versions I've experienced elsewhere. With the arrival of Chef Amod Singh, the menu has expanded and improved significantly, making it a destination for anyone seeking quality American coastal cuisine. The attentive service, particularly from Brian, added to our enjoyable experience, and I can't wait to return and explore more of their offerings.
