Not sure what was going on when I came in at lunch. I think a couple staff members had just not come in, or maybe quit. One person was taking care of a line over 20 people. There didn't appear to be anyone in a position of authority helping out the counter girl.. I really felt for her.. not wanting to wait, I left and ate somewhere else.

The service was so slow I couldn't wait around to order. I only get a certain amount of time for lunch. I can't wait 20 minutes to get served, then anonther 15-20 to receive my food.

The wait for the bread was excessively far too long. I left after 10 minutes of waiting. Some of us don't have the time to wait, especially over lunch.

The super slow service really hurt my first visit here. I was referred by a friend and had high expectations of this place.
Sadly, it did not meet. Sorry.
