I attended a work Christmas party here a couple of weeks ago and found the room to be quite satisfactory for our one-night stay. Although there was a slight delay in checking in, the front desk staff, particularly Ashley, was very accommodating and friendly. The room was near the elevator and a bit noisy, but overall, it was a decent experience. The staff, including Heather, Kenisha, and Tezmin, provided excellent service, making my stay during a difficult time more comfortable.
